I'm a designer and strategist based in the Greater Toronto Area, currently completing a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University, where I'm learning to ask not Just how we design better experiences today, but what kinds of experiences we'll need tomorrow. By day, I work as a UX/UI Designer at Ellement Consulting Group, designing digital platforms that help people navigate and manage their health benefits and pension plans. Accessibility and clarity sit at the core of everything I make. I believe well-designed systems empower people to make confident decisions about their own wellbeing and financial future. What sets my approach apart is the strategic layer I bring to every project. I don't just ask how something should look or work. I ask why it exists, who it's really for, and what it needs to become. That thinking shapes everything from the information architecture I build to the design systems I hand off. My background in fine art, fifteen years of realist portraiture, multiple exhibitions, and the W.O. Forsyth Award, gave me a foundation in close observation and intentional craft that I carry into every design problem. When I finished my undergraduate degree, I made the deliberate choice to bring that sensibility into digital work, and my Masters is the natural next step in that evolution: from making things, to shaping the thinking behind them.
